Don't let our size fool you. Hershey may be a small town, but we get the big acts. In Hershey, concerts are in our blood. To the residents of Hershey, concerts are a necessity, like food and electricity. And in Hershey, concerts rock.

That's in large part due to our spectacular venues. Sure, the big cities might have great concert halls too. But how many of them are just down the street from one of the greatest amusement parks in America? And how many of them are in a town so sweet it's named after the world's most famous chocolate maker?

We thought you'd get the point. When you're in Hershey, and concerts are on the agenda, here are three hot spots you won't want to miss.

GIANT Center. As the city's biggest and newest arena, GIANT Center seats 12,500 people for in-the-round concerts (and about 10,500 for Hershey Bears games). Because it's the biggest events center in Hershey, concerts aren't the only thing to see here. While Keith Urban is appearing in 2009, the GIANT Center will also be home to WWE Smackdown and the 2009 Wine Festival.

Hersheypark Stadium and the Star Pavilion. This is where some of the best Hershey concerts happen. In 2009 alone, the Hersheypark Stadium hosted Bruce Springsteen, Coldplay, Aerosmith, Kid Rock and the Dave Matthews Band. Didn't think you'd find a big show in Hershey? Hershey Theatre. This historic performance hall is about more than just concerts. While it's the only place to catch the Hershey Symphony Orchestra, you can also go there for traveling Broadway shows like Spring Awakening and Legally Blonde: The Musical. And it's all rounded out by the theater's Classic Film Series, where you'll find some of the finest efforts ever committed to celluloid.
