Days Inn Hershey Park Stadium

HersheyPark Stadium

The HersheyPark Stadium was one of the many projects that Milton Hershey developed. Located in Hershey, Pennsylvania, The Hershey Stadium is used for concert events and various sporting events. The Hershey Wildcats, a professional soccer team in Hershey, Pa, was based out of The HersheyPark Stadium. In 1953, The HersheyPark Stadium was the location of a huge birthday gala to honor President Dwight D. Eisenhower. Throughout the last years, the Philadelphia Eagles have used the HersheyPark Stadium as their summer home.

HersheyPark Stadium Capacity

The Stadium has a capacity to hold up to 30,000 patrons for its concert events, and a little over 15,000 for its sporting events. The Stadium’s events are all-weather events, with seating located both indoors and outdoors.

HersheyPark Stadium Location

HersheyPark Also located on the grounds of the HersheyPark Stadium is the Star Pavillion. The Star Pavillion opened it’s doors in May of 1996 to complement the Stadium’s outdoor concert performances. The Star Pavillion is considered a little more of an intimate venue than the HersheyPark Stadium, being that it holds about 7300 patrons in both stadium seating and grass seating
